 What You’ll Experience

✨ A short grounding to help you arrive fully
✨ Down-shifting breathing patterns to calm the nervous system
✨ 3-part conscious connected breathing, supported by music 
✨ Gentle breath retentions to deepen regulation
✨ Extended rest so the body can repair
✨ Space to soften, release, and come home to yourself

This session supports:

  • vagus nerve activation

  • parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) dominance

  • alpha + theta brainwave states

  • emotional regulation and nervous system resilience

🌿 How to Prepare

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down

  • Use headphones for immersive sound

  • Have a blanket, eye covering, and journal nearby if you’d like

  • Avoid heavy meals or stimulants at least 1 hour beforehand
